NOTICE OF INFORMATION - GUARANTEES

The equipment is deemed to be in good condition and suitable for normal use. The client is solely responsible for judging their ability to use this equipment.
The rented equipment is under the client’s responsibility as soon as it is taken into possession. The client must take care of the equipment and ensure its normal use for leisure activities.
The equipment is rented exclusively for the client's use and cannot, under any circumstances, be loaned, sublet, or entrusted to a third party.

LIABILITY - WARRANTY

Subject to the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the contract, the client benefits from the following provisions, except in cases of fraud:

1) Unless the client has subscribed to the "theft, breakage" abandonment of recourse guarantee as provided in paragraph 2) below, the client does not benefit from any coverage for any damage to the rented item and is personally liable for such damages, regardless of their cause. However, the client cannot be held responsible for the consequences of hidden defects in the rented equipment or non-apparent wear and tear unsuitable for the intended use, provided that the client can prove such defects or wear.

2) "Theft, breakage" guarantee: The client may subscribe to a guarantee, payable in advance and charged according to the conditions displayed in the shop, either online or at the time of taking possession of the equipment. In such cases, the renter waives any recourse against the client and covers all repair or replacement costs within the framework of normal use, after deducting the deductible. Payment of this deductible is in addition to the payment for the rental days used.

3) Loss and disappearance of the equipment are not covered. In such cases, the equipment will be charged to the client based on its VAT-inclusive sale price, minus a 15% annual depreciation rate.

If the guarantee is not subscribed, stolen equipment will be charged at the VAT-inclusive sale price of the equipment, minus a 15% annual depreciation rate. To activate this guarantee, the client must:

- In case of theft: provide the shop, within 24 hours, with the original theft report filed with the police or gendarmerie.
- In case of breakage: return the damaged equipment to the shop, ensuring it is recognizable and complete.

3) Loss and disappearance of the equipment are not covered. In such cases, the equipment will be charged to the client based on its VAT-inclusive sale price.

4) In cases of theft by the client, misappropriation, or any damage to the equipment resulting from non-compliance with usage rules, applicable regulations, or the terms and conditions of this contract, the shop is entitled to seek compensation for the full extent of the damage.

MULTIGLISS SERVICE With the multigliss package, you can exchange your equipment for another item of equal or lower category (ski for snowboard, for example). This exchange can be made a maximum of 1 time during your stay. Exchanges are subject to equipment availability in-store. Show less
